+How do I submit a news tip or expert piece?

Write to us via the form above and pick the “Submit a news tip” subject, or email info@cifrum.kz directly. Attach a press-release link, documents or supporting materials. An editor will contact you within 1–2 business days.

+How can I advertise or partner with you?

For commercial proposals, choose the “Advertising & partnerships” subject in the form. We will share the media kit and rates for native publications, banners and special projects. For urgent matters, email info@cifrum.kz directly.

+How do I become a Cifrum author or columnist?

We invite experts in IT, AI, cybersecurity, digitalisation and startups. Select “Become an author / expert” in the form, tell us about yourself and your field, and attach sample publications. The editorial team reviews applications individually.

+Spotted an error or need a correction?

Choose the “Correction or complaint” subject, include the article link and describe the issue with supporting sources. The editorial team will verify the information and update the article with an edit note.

+When will you reply to my message?

Usually within 1–2 business days. For breaking-news matters we try to respond sooner. Reply times may be longer on weekends and public holidays.

+How do I comment on Cifrum articles?

There is a comment form under every article. A user’s first comment goes through editorial moderation. Insults, spam and publication of third-party personal data are prohibited.
