+How to get a digital signature online in Kazakhstan in 2026?
An electronic digital signature can be obtained via the eGov Mobile app (for individuals) or egov.kz with biometric identification. Since 2024 individuals can issue the NCA-EDS in 10–15 minutes without visiting a service center — identity confirmation via a second-tier bank or biometrics is enough.
+What is a digital document in Kazakhstan and where is it accepted?
A digital document is an electronic equivalent of an ID, driver's license, diploma, civil-status excerpt and other documents issued via eGov Mobile. Under Kazakhstan law it is legally equivalent to the paper version and accepted by all government bodies, second-tier banks and most private services.
+When will 5G appear everywhere in Kazakhstan?
According to official plans, by 2027 5G should cover all million-plus cities and regional centers. As of early 2026 the network operates in Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and several district centers. Rollout speed depends on operators: Beeline KZ, Tele2/Altel and Kcell.
+Is Starlink legal in Kazakhstan?
As of 2026, officially licensed Starlink terminals have not yet been registered in Kazakhstan. Use of Starlink terminals in the civilian sector is technically possible but legally in a gray area: use without a telecom operator license may qualify as a violation of the Telecom Law.
